By downloading, accessing, or using BookFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You must be at least 13 years old to use BookFlow.You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Use BookFlow for any unauthorized or illegal activity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
Copy, modify, or distribute content from the App without permission

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:
Reproduce, republish, or redistribute content from BookFlow without permission
Use BookFlow summaries or insights for resale or commercial gain
Remove copyright or trademark notices from the App
4. AI-Generated Summaries and Insights
BookFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries and insights from books and other materials.While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate or complete.
You acknowledge that BookFlow’s summaries are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for reading the original work.
5. Subscription and Payments
Some features of BookFlow may require a paid subscription.By subscribing, you agree to the applicable pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms displayed within the App or App Store.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.We do not store or directly process your payment details.
Refunds, if applicable, will follow the rules set by the platform through which you subscribed (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store).
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to BookFlow at any time, without prior notice, if you:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the App or its content
Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately end, but relevant provisions of these Terms will survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
BookFlow is provided “as is” and “as available.”We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App or its content
The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
Your use of BookFlow is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookFlow and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of BookFlow shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.The latest version will always be available in the App or on our website.By continuing to use BookFlow after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
